COVID numbers still trending positive
MONTPELIER- At his COVID-19 emergency press briefing on Tuesday, Gov. Phil Scott said he expects Vermont to reach his goal of an 80% vaccination rate sometime this week.
Rather than waiting until after his call with governors and the White House as usual, Gov. Scott delivered his remarks at the beginning of the briefing before ducking out to join the call.
