NEWFANE- A North Branch Fire District resident is asking the court to appoint a receiver to oversee the operation of the sewer district in a civil lawsuit filed in Windham Superior Court on Thursday, May 30. The NBFD serves West Dover and operates as its own municipality separate from the town.
