Nordic Hills Inn approved as lodge, neighbors may appeal
WILMINGTON- The development review board has approved a conditional use zoning permit allowing Yisroel Teitlebaum and his 34 Look Road LLC to operate the Nordic Hills Inn as a group lodging facility.
Attorney Lance Shader, who represented Teitlebaum and 34 Look Road LLC in the DRB case, said he’s pleased by the decision. “It looks like the town is behind (Teitlebaum) to go forward with this,” he said. “He has been painfully aware of trying to be a good neighbor, not just a developer. He’s going to be using (Nordic Hills Inn) with his family.”
