New principal ready for the challenges of day-to-day duties
Dover School Principal Tracey Gamache
WEST DOVER- After four years of teaching at the Dover School, former sixth grade teacher Tracey Gamache now fills the principal role.
Gamache’s hire follows the resignation of Matt Martyn, principal of Dover Elementary School for the past seven years. She officially started in the position on Saturday, July 1.
Bob Thibault, the new superintendent of Windham Central Supervisory Union, said Gamache “hit all the targets” for the school board during the hiring process, especially because she shared various qualities with her predecessors.
