New Hermitage bidders file in bankruptcy case
BURLINGTON- Two potential bidders in an upcoming Hermitage bankruptcy auction have filed objections to bid procedures proposed in a motion by the US Trustee.
In their objections filed in Vermont District Bankruptcy Court on Tuesday, the Hermitage Club Member Group and AW Realty also announced their intention to participate in the auction, and offered a glimpse at their opening bid.
