Mount Snow Academy and Vermont Academy merging programs
DOVER- Mount Snow Academy is changing its name and expanding its academic offerings, thanks to a merger with Vermont Academy that was announced August 1.
“It’s exciting,” said MSA Head of School Peter Stokloza. “It’s great for our program and for Mount Snow.”
Stokloza said the merger grew out of a partnership with Vermont Academy that solidified during the past three years.
“We’ve had a partnership with them for the last three years,” he said. “It started because we were coaching some of their kids. Over the last three years we had discussions with them.”
