Metcalfe proposes low-impact RV parking
WILMINGTON- Development review members met with Gus Metcalfe Tuesday evening, for a hearing on his application for low-impact RV camping at his property on Route 9 West.
At one time, Metcalfe’s property, formerly the home of The Christmas Barn retail store, was also a vacation rental cabin site. Metcalfe’s plan would bring visitors back to the property in self-contained recreational vehicles.
