Meeting sheds light on board’s solar installation project concerns

This solar array is being installed on the old landfill next to the Dover town garage by Green Lantern Solar. V. Capitani

DOVER - Ralph Meima, director of development for Green Lantern Solar, provided an update about a solar array project at the Dover Selectboard meeting on Tuesday. Matters discussed included timing of the project, who is responsible for maintenance of the array, and an estoppel certificate, which the board delayed signing.
Meima said the array will likely be put online in the next two months. “The array is almost completely finished now,” he said. “I hadn’t been up for two months and I was shocked (by the progress that has been made).”
