 WILMINGTON - Saturday, August 28, marked the 10-year anniversary of floods caused by Tropical Storm Irene, decimating the business district in Wilmington. This week, some of the people who were instrumental at that time reflected back on what lessons it taught when the next disruption, a global pandemic, happened in town.
