DOVER - Longtime school board chair Rich Werner has added a new board to his portfolio: the Vermont State Board of Education. Werner was appointed to the board by Gov. Phil Scott. The appointment was announced in late December. Since, Werner has had the opportunity to attend his first meeting, which was held virtually.
