Lawsuit has its day in court

Whitingham arguments on education disparities heard by justices
MONTPELIER- Attorneys in Boyd, et al., v. state of Vermont, an education funding lawsuit filed by the town of Whitingham and two of its residents, argued their case before the Vermont Supreme Court last week.
The case is an appeal of a Windham Superior Court decision granting the state’s motion for summary judgment, effectively dismissing the case.
