Input sought on draft watershed plan

WILMINGTON- State planners are seeking public input on a draft watershed protection plan for the Deerfield River and the Lower Connecticut River. Officials from the Department of Environmental Conservation Watershed Management Division presented the 170-plus-page report at a public meeting in Wilmington on Thursday, December 19.
