Human rights commission still looking at harassment
WHITINGHAM- An investigation by the Vermont Human Rights Commission into a complaint alleging that Twin Valley School District failed to adequately respond to reports of racial harassment, bullying, and threats directed at a black student is ongoing, according to the ACLU attorney who filed the action.
