Hospital releases new health needs assessment
TOWNSHEND- Grace Cottage Family Health & Hospital services has released the findings of the 2018 Community Health Needs Assessment in preparation to create action plans to address the most severe health needs of residents in Windham County. The data was collected from 1,257 resident responses to the 2018 Community Health Needs survey conducted by Grace Cottage in conjunction with Brattleboro Memorial Hospital and the Brattleboro Retreat. Over 90% of those surveyed were Windham County residents.
