Historic building owner seeks permit change, extension

WILMINGTON- Development review board members held a hearing on a zoning application for a key village property Monday evening. 
Travis Wendel, who owns the historic OO Ware building, also known as the former Wilmington Home Center, at the intersection of Route 9 and South Main Street, sought to amend and extend his existing permit. The existing conditional use permit, issued in 2019, included a brewery on the first floor, apartments and an office on the second floor, and apartments on the third floor.
