Hermitage hotel permit extension denied
WILMINGTON- The Development Review Board has denied the Hermitage Club’s request for a second extension of their 2015 zoning permit for the construction of a proposed 93-unit, 184,000-square-foot condominium hotel at the base of Haystack Mountain.
In 2017, the Hermitage requested a two-year extension of their permit. The DRB granted a one-year extension. This year, at the end of the extension, the Hermitage submitted another request for a two-year extension.
