Hermitage headed toward liquidation process
BURLINGTON- Parties in the Hermitage bankruptcy cases have submitted a proposed order converting the cases from Chapter 11 to Chapter 7.
The proposed written order was requested by Vermont District Bankruptcy Court Judge Colleen Brown following her verbal order on the record at a hearing on Friday, July 26, according to a source familiar with the proceedings.
