Hermitage Club vendor wins $1.6 million judgment
NEWFANE- Windham Superior Court Judge John Treadwell has ordered the Hermitage and James Barnes to pay nearly $1.6 million to Reinhart Food Service.
According to the summary judgment, granted last week, Barnes and the Hermitage are both liable for $1,304,452.91 of the amount, and the Hermitage is wholly liable for the remaining $287,827.28.
