Hermitage Club seeks master permit change
WILMINGTON- The Hermitage Members Club met with the development review board in a hearing Monday, seeking a master plan change and zoning permit to resume construction at their exclusive Stag’s Leap development at the old Haystack lower base area.
Hamilton Hodgman, of Stevens & Associates, said the planned unit development was essentially the same as that previously approved under their Act 250 permit, but with updates to the stormwater systems to meet current permitting requirements, as well as changes requested by homeowners.
