WILMINGTON- The development review board and Hermitage Club representatives reconvened their permit application hearing this week, following a site visit at the Hermitage two weeks earlier.
The evening’s testimony focused on the planned unit development, or PUD, permit for two Grenoble townhouses proposed for construction this year.
