Hermitage Club owner pitches bankruptcy plan
Shares, debts could become public stock
WILMINGTON- Hermitage Club owner James Barnes has released a draft of a reorganization and financing plan he intends to file as part of his Chapter 11 bankruptcy filed last week in Hartford, CT.
Barnes met with The Deerfield Valley News Tuesday to discuss the reorganization plan, which he says could have the club back in operation in time to open for the winter season.
