Hermitage Club members push for quick resolution

RUTLAND- A group of Hermitage Club members seeking to intervene in an involuntary Chapter 7 bankruptcy are also funding the petitioners’ legal fees according to testimony in Vermont District Bankruptcy Court on Tuesday.
The testimony by Timothy Treanor, a member of a steering committee representing an ad hoc group of 187 Hermitage Club members, indicated that the group agreed to support the filing of an involuntary Chapter 7 bankruptcy and sought a group of creditors that could legally file the case.
