Health services questioned, trail debated, at Dover Town Meeting

DOVER - On Tuesday, Dover held its Town Meeting at Dover Town Hall for the first time since 2020. The meeting saw a packed house, with more chairs added after the meeting had begun. Conversation  stretched into the afternoon hours and ended with a farewell to police Chief Randy Johnson, who will retire at the end of the year.
