Health care costs to be a top topic, says Sanders

WASHINGTON, DC- Sen. Bernie Sanders told Vermonters that he expects to be named chair of the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee, and laid out his priorities for the committee’s work in the next session. 
Sanders met with constituents in a virtual Town Meeting Tuesday evening that focused on Vermont senior citizens’ issues.  Sanders’ staff invited constituents seeking assistance from his office to call them at (800) 339-9834.
