WILMINGTON - An ad-hoc affordable housing committee, which has formed as a sub-committee of Dover and Wilmington’s bi-town economic development committee, met on Monday to discuss creating a hostel-style affordable housing option in the valley. The hostel would serve as housing for seasonal workers, an attempt to address a struggling economy that does not have the workforce to support the amount of open positions within it.
