Governors discuss civility in forum

BERLIN - Gov. Phil Scott joined a virtual forum on “leadership, civility, and unity” from his home on Thursday, October 22, along with Gov. Larry Hogan, of Maryland, and Gov. Charlie Baker, of Massachusetts. In the course of the hourlong conversation, the three Republican governors, who each preside over Democrat-leaning states, reflected on the bipartisan practices they believe have made them successful in their states.
