Governor urges “personal responsibility”
MONTPELIER - At his weekly press conference, Gov. Phil Scott urged “personal responsibility” to control the COVID-19 pandemic, now in its 19th month. Officials at the press conference discussed rising cases in the state, vaccinations for children under 12, the prospect of mixing and matching vaccinations for booster shots, monoclonal antibody treatments, and long wait times at health care facilities.
