Gov. Scott says "the light at the end of the tunnel is getting bigger and brighter”

MONTPELIER- Gov. Phil Scott opened his press briefing Friday on a somber note, asking everyone remember the 193 Vermonters who have been lost to the pandemic, and those who loved them. “Today marks nine months since Vermont’s first fatalities from Covid-19. As we have on the nineteenth of every month since, I’ve ordered flags to half staff.”
