Gov. Scott says he'll wait his turn for a COVID-19 vaccine

MONTPELIER- Gov. Phil Scott and members of his administration held their biweekly press briefing by teleconference Friday, following a possible exposure to COVID-19 at last Tuesday's briefing.
Gov. Scott, Department of Health Commissioner Dr. Mark Levine, and several other administration officials will maintain quarantine for seven days, after which they'll take another COVID-19 test. Asked whether he and others in the administration had been vaccinated, Gov. Scott pointed out that getting the injection himself would take a vaccination away from someone more at risk.
