MONTPELIER-  Gov. Scott noted the one-year anniversary of the first confirmed COVID-19 case in Vermont at his briefing Friday, and announced another "turn of the spigot."

"For example, if eight fully vaccinated individuals wanted to get together at someone’s house for dinner, they’re now able to do so. This can also include one other household that is not vaccinated.”
