MONTPELIER- At his COVID-19 emergency press briefing Friday, Gov. Phil Scott said he anticipates Vermont will meet or exceed President Joe Biden's goal of having all American adults eligible for a vaccine by May 1, depending on the supply of vaccine from the federal government.
