Gov. issues vaccine challenge to Vermonters

MONTPELIER- At his COVID-19 emergency briefing on Friday, Gov. Phil Scott Issued a challenge to Vermonters, promising to lift COVID-19 restrictions the day it’s determined 80% of Vermonters have been vaccinated with at least one dose.
Agency of Human Services Secretary Mike Smith said 74.9% of Vermont’s population eligible for a COVID-19 vaccine have already had at least one dose. He called the number a significant milestone.
