Former horse barn property to be converted to short-term rental units

The former Martin Brown horse barn will be converted to a restaurant and short-term rentals. Mike Eldred

WILMINGTON- Owners of the former Martin Brown horse barn property presented their plan for developing the property to the Wilmington Development Review Board on Monday, July 18.
The building, which was partially destroyed in a fire several decades ago, and later collapsed under snow load, was restored several years ago by the owners of Honora Winery.  Located at what many consider a gateway to Wilmington and the Deerfield Valley, the building has been unused since then.
