FCC plan threatens local access TV


A BCTV film crew recorded an Act 46 study committee meeting at Marlboro School in January 2017. Video crews were used extensively during the merger discussion between Dover, Wardsboro, and Marlboro and continue to bye used by the new River Valleys district.

WINDHAM COUNTY- A new bill proposed by the Federal Communications Commission  in September poses a severe threat to public access television funding and may lead to the end of public access stations in Vermont and across the United States.
