MONTPELIER - On Monday, Lt. Gov. Molly Gray hosted a discussion about how communities can support people with substance use disorder who are in recovery. The discussion centered around how employers can forge successful relationships with those in recovery by offering “second chance” employment and understanding how to be supportive of employees’ recovery.
