DVFiber continues work in underserved areas

MARLBORO - DVFiber, the communications union district (CUD) that aims to provide affordable fiber internet service to its 24 member towns, has, at a secret location in the area, fiber optic cable waiting to be hung.
“We store the stuff securely, and we don’t say where, but it is here, and trucks are arriving throughout the months of summer with that material,” says Steven John, of Marlboro, who chairs the governing board for DVFiber, a public entity.
