WILMINGTON- Development Review Board member Chrystal Holt recused herself Tuesday evening from a hearing on a change of use permit application for the Old Red Mill.
Holt and her partners plan to open a brewery at the Old Red Mill on North Main Street. Currently, the space is permitted as an inn, restaurant, and office space.
“We want to use the space as an inn, restaurant, and brew pub, and change the office to a retail space,” said Holt.
