WILMINGTON- A zoning application by the owners of the former Nordic Hills Lodge drew a large number of abutting property owners and other interested parties to a DRB hearing Monday evening.
The hearing got off to a rocky start, however, thanks to technical difficulties with the hybrid meeting’s virtual component. As DRB chair Cheryl Laflamme explained the rules of procedure, Zoom participants, some of whom were second-home owners tuning in from outside Vermont, complained that the feed kept freezing up.
