Dover, Wardsboro schools seeking substitutes to avoid remote return

RVUUSD board members met by Zoom Monday evening

By Amelia Nick and Mike Eldred
DOVER- The River Valleys Unified Union School District Board held its regularly scheduled meeting Monday.
The meeting began a little before 6:30 pm, almost 30 minutes after it was set to start. This was due to the unintended extension of an executive session the board held prior to its public meeting. It was in this executive session that board members were made aware of the potential need to temporarily switch to remote learning at both Dover and Wardsboro due to staffing limitations after the winter break.
