Dover Selectboard discusses actions to deter overnight campers

DOVER- Selectboard members approved the purchase of new highway department trucks, and discussed overnight camping in town parking lots at their  regular meeting Tuesday evening. 
Road Commissioner Travis Briggs recommended that the town purchase two new highway department trucks now, citing shortages in the supply  of new trucks from a number of manufacturers.  “A lot of people are sold out of 2022 trucks already,” he said.  “Some were sold out in November.”
