Dover residents, board get details on reappraisal
DOVER- The selectboard hosted an informational meeting with Ryan Silvestri, of New England Municipal Consultants, to explain the town’s upcoming townwide property appraisal process at Dover Town Hall Tuesday evening.
According to Silvestri, the last time the town conducted a townwide property appraisal was 2010. For this appraisal, Silvestri said, he would be starting from scratch, using new software that allows the valuation of a wide variety of factors that affect property value.
