DOVER- Following their reorganization after Tuesday’s election, selectboard members rescinded the town’s mask resolution signed nearly 11 months ago. 
Vicki Capitani, who had been reelected selectboard chair during the reorganization, asked board members and the public if the mask ordinance, signed on July 3, 2020, should be affirmed or rescinded in light of recent guidance from the CDC and Gov. Phil Scott.
