WHITINGHAM- Twin Valley School officials met with Vermont Education Deputy Secretary Heather Bouchey Tuesday, part of Gov. Phil Scott’s Windham County “Capitol for a Day” initiative. 
Bouchey said the initiative will bring the Vermont governor and his entire cabinet to each county by the end of the year.  “It’s intended to be a way to get people out of Montpelier and to meet people around Vermont,” Bouchey said.  “I love it; I get to actually meet folks in the schools.”
