WILMINGTON- “Restart” is a word that’s on everybody’s mind right now. As businesses forced to close during the coronavirus shutdown begin to reopen, many are wondering just how that restart will look. “Social distancing” and wearing masks are going to be the new social norms, and owners and managers of businesses like restaurants and retail stores are exploring how that will impact their particular establishments.
