Court order delivers Barnes' financial info

NEWFANE- Hermitage Club founder James Barnes has turned over financial information under subpoena after he was found in contempt of court by Windham Superior Court Judge Michael Kainen.
Reinhart Foodservice is pursuing lawsuits against Barnes in Vermont and Connecticut seeking the payment of more than $1.5 million Barnes owes them under a July 2018 judgment order by Windham Superior Court Judge John Treadwell.  Although the debts were incurred by the Hermitage Inn Real Estate Holding Company, in November 2016 Barnes signed a document personally guaranteeing payment.
