Consortium outlines plans to use grant to help fight substance abuse

BRATTLEBORO - Members of the Windham County Consortium on Substance Abuse (COSU) gave a presentation to the public on Tuesday about a three-year, $1 million HRSA grant the group received for implementation of expansion of rural substance use services, with a large focus on opioid use disorder.
