Concert series gets funding bump

DOVER - On the eve of Dover’s first concert in its winter concert series, economic development director Steve Neratko told the selectboard that he had underestimated the cost of the series and would need nearly $10,000 in additional economic development funds for it. The board approved the expenditure.
In August, Neratko asked for $2,000 for the series, which would be spent in addition to $9,400 left over from the $20,000 that had been allocated for concerts in the town. $10,600 was used for the town’s summer concert series.
