Concerns raised over lack of plan for movie theater
DOVER - In what has become a bit of a tradition in Dover, at the town’s pre-Town Meeting on Tuesday, voters expressed concerns about the direction of MHCA Dover Cinema, the town’s movie theater.
Article 12 on the town’s Town Meeting warning reads: “Shall the voters raise and appropriate $5,381.09 for MHCA Dover Cinema (Memorial Hall Center for the Arts, Inc.)?”
