DOVER - At the Dover Selectboard’s Tuesday evening meeting, chair Josh Cohen spoke about several matters pertaining to youth engagement and retention. 
Cohen recently attended the Vermont Community Leadership Summit. He was nominated to attend by vice chair Vicki Capitani, who said at the time she was nominating Cohen, in part, because he was the most youthful member of the board and there was an interest on the part of the summit to have young participants. Cohen is 45.
