Concerns about short-term rental regs pack room
WILMINGTON-More than 30 second-home owners and local residents filled Wilmington Town Hall meeting room Monday afternoon for a planning commission discussion regarding the regulation of short-term rentals.
Many of those in attendance were involved in some aspect of the short-term rental market. One of those in attendance, Emilio Mignanelli, spoke for many of the property owners in the room who rent their vacation properties on a short-term basis.
